Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Terradigm's website, platform, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. The services

Terradigm provides nature-informed strategy services, including scoping interviews, research and Design Principles, Blueprints, sprints, and self-guided tools. Deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are described at purchase or in an engagement agreement; that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you share with Terradigm. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver your engagement. We do not share your content with other users or outside AI labs, and our provider agreements restrict training public models on it.

3. Your deliverables

Upon full payment, you own your deliverables (Blueprints, summaries, reports) and may use, share, and adapt them within your organization and with your stakeholders. Terradigm's underlying methodology, platform, and research corpus remain ours.

4. Not professional advice

Terradigm's outputs are strategic research and design provocations grounded in cited biological research. They are not legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice, and decisions you make based on them remain your responsibility.

5. Payment and credits

Fees are stated at purchase. Where noted (for example, the Scoping Interview), fees credit toward a subsequent Terradigm Blueprint engagement. Fees for delivered work are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in your engagement agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to access others' data, reverse-engineering the platform, using outputs to build a competing automated service, or submitting content you have no right to share.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terradigm disclaims implied warranties and limits its total liability for any claim to the amount you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email before taking effect. You may stop using the services at any time; provisions on content ownership, payment, and liability survive.
