Privacy Policy

Terradigm ("we," "us") is a nature-informed strategy platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your work stays private by default, your data is never sold, and it is never used to train public AI models.
1. What we collect
Information you provide. Account details (name, email, organization), payment information (processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers), and the content of your engagements — interview responses, challenge descriptions, and related materials you share with us.
Information collected automatically. Basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and approximate location derived from IP address, used for security and to improve the platform.
2. How we use it
We use your information to deliver the services you purchase (including producing your Terradigm Blueprint and related deliverables), to communicate with you about your engagement, to send dispatches you subscribe to, and to improve the platform. When we review usage patterns for improvement, content is stripped of identifying information first.
3. What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your work with other users or outside AI labs. Terradigm is built on top of leading AI infrastructure, currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. We operate under each provider's business-grade terms, which restrict use of your content for training their public models. As this landscape evolves and we continue to evaluate our infrastructure choices, we'll keep this section current.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email delivery), each bound by confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or with your explicit direction (for example, stakeholders you invite into an engagement).
5. Retention and deletion
We keep engagement content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your content at any time by writing to support@terradigm.org; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Write to support@terradigm.org and we will honor applicable requests.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
