Need to build a business case for your GIS?

The costs of a GIS are upfront and obvious; the benefits are more diffuse and less easily appreciated. It is essential, therefore, that an organization wishing to build acquire GIS for urban planning, demographic analysis, health policy or any other reason needs to build the business case. Such a case needs to identify a clear process, itemize the costs and benefits, and demonstrate an effective management structure for achieving deliverables and objectives. Most importantly, is the need and ability to demonstrate early results with relatively low initial investment in order to maintain political support and funding continuity. Terradigm has considerable experience in Geographic Information Technology and systems, and has a well-established approach to the development of GIS.
